How would you like realtime feedback from guests about your accommodation?

The analytics Dashboard provides insight into different aspects of your accommodation and gives you the ability to monitor its performance without having to lift a finger.

For example, you can use the analytics dashboard to:

  • Instantly see how guests react when you test out different pricing
  • Monitor the cleanliness of your accommodation
  • Find out how how guests feel about the staff

With the analytics dashboard you can see how guests rate different aspects of your accommodation, including:

  • Overall rating
  • Staff
  • Cleanliness
  • Sleep quality
  • Room
  • Value for money

When changes are made at the accommodation, such as new staff members, you can use the dashboard to see the impact and then make adjustments. Looking at the ratings over time lets you try new things to see what works well and what doesn't.

When you rely on one overall rating for your accommodation it can be hard to know why it's going up or down so you can only  improve one thing at a time and check the result. By breaking down the ratings into individual aspects you can improve multiple areas at the same time and directly see the impact of your efforts.

Another great feature of the dashboard is that you have a direct overview of the guests who are:

  • arriving today
  • in-house
  • departing today

These buttons show you the guests who are in each group so that you can:

  • make sure to answer the questions of guests who are arriving today;
  • ensure in-house guests are having a pleasant stay; and
  • resolve any issues for guests who are departing today.
